Information clause for job applicants

Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.4.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: RODO), I inform you that:

  • Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of recruitment, based on Art. 6 para. 1(a) of the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (RODO) of April 27, 2016 and based on the Labor Code.
  • A legitimate interest that may be invoked by the Administrator is the storage of data for archiving and accountability purposes.
  • Your provision of personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide the data specified by the Labor Code will result in your inability to participate in the recruitment.
  • Your personal data will be kept until the recruitment process for the selected job position is completed or/and until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, in any case no longer than 6 months from the end of the recruitment process.
  • You have the right: to access the content of your personal data and to obtain confirmation as to whether the data is being processed; to rectify your personal data (e.g., if the data is incorrect or incomplete), to delete it (e.g., if the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected by the Administrator or if you withdraw your consent to data processing or object to data processing), and the right to restrict its processing.
  • You have the right to: revoke your consent at any time, whereby revocation of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing; to data portability (where processing is based on consent or contract and where such processing is carried out by automated means); and to object to the processing of your personal data.
  • You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO.
  • The Administrator may make your personal data available to companies providing various types of services to the Administrator – including financial, legal, accounting, archiving services. Recipients may also be entities that process personal data on behalf of the Company, such as providers of IT systems and applications, as well as courier companies. The Administrator may provide your personal data to public authorities upon their authorized request.
  • Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization.
  • Your personal data will not be processed by automated means and will not be profiled.
