Rules of application and implementation of training
Complaints will be accepted only in writing sent to the email address biuro@eitt.pl within 7 days after the end of the class.
Complaints will be considered by EITT on an individual basis within 30 days of receipt .
The complaint should include the following: contact information of the complainant (name, phone, email address), the name and date of the class, a detailed description of the reason for the complaint and the reasons for it.
Post-training surveys will be reviewed as part of the complaint. An average score of less than 2 on the questionnaires means that the complaint is justified.
Situations/events beyond the control of EITT cannot be the reason for the complaint.
