Our story began in 2017 under the name Effective IT Trainings, when we started providing specialized technology and business training. From the beginning, we understood that our clients needed comprehensive support in developing a variety of competencies.

Today, EITT is a strategic partner that supports the development of competencies in various sectors, including IT, manufacturing and services. Our mission is to empower tomorrow’s leaders through the transformation of technological and business competencies.

In 8 years of operation, we have built a portfolio of more than 2,500 specialized training courses that address current business challenges.

Improving competencies:

Programs focus on key skills needed in modern IT – from leadership and team management skills, to effective communication and presentation skills, to personal development and stress management. Training also includes specialized programs in sales and negotiation in the technology environment.

Management:

Comprehensive training in project management methodologies (PRINCE2®, AgilePM®, SCRUM), IT services (ITIL®4) and enterprise architecture (TOGAF®). The program is complemented by courses in Lean Six Sigma and business process management to optimize the organization’s operations.
