Training description
The workshop focuses on the practical aspects of communication in a project environment and can complement the “Royal Garden” business simulation. The program was created in response to the findings of the Standish Group report, identifying communication as one of the main causes of project failures. Participants, working in three teams at different levels of the organization, will experience real communication situations and develop effective methods of information management. The workshop combines elements of theory with intensive practical training, enabling the transfer of acquired skills to everyday work.
