Training description
A training course dedicated to managers, focused on the development of effective team management skills through a deep understanding of team roles. The workshop program is based on the practical application of the concept of team roles in everyday managerial work. Participants will learn and practice a variety of management techniques tailored to the specifics of each role assumed by employees in a team. The workshop is conducted with practical exercises that allow immediate application of the knowledge gained.
Participant profile
Training dedicated to managers, those who manage subordinate staff.
Agenda
Day I – Reviewing the ways of communication, between team members. Learning about the concept of Team Roles, and learning how to manage each role.
Day II – Overview of the most common psychological roles that people play in a team. Developing effective management and coaching techniques depending on the role unconsciously played by the employee.

- Communication in a team, i.e. what it consists of and on whom it depends.
- The efficiency of the team, including the team doing remote work.
- Conflict as a cause of difficulties and misunderstanding in relationships.
- QUESTIONNAIRE: Self-diagnosis of communication capabilities, i.e. checking how “good” I am at interpersonal communication and whether I am sure everyone understands me well and accurately.
- A partnership framework, the first step to WIN-WIN conflict resolution, according to Dr. Dudley Weeks, who works on conflict resolution in political parties and large corporations, in more than 60 countries.
- The best way is to “Talk about yourself” and “not about others,” or the “IAM” Message, consisting of three parts, and proposed by Dr. Thomas Gordon, with a good chance of achieving the following results.
- “Cordial” and “aggressive” directivity and its impact on the behavior and prices of subordinate personnel.
- Heartfelt directivity.
- My Role in the Team Questionnaire – The questionnaire diagnoses the eight most common roles and corresponding behaviors in a team and gives clear and easy-to-understand guidance on how to manage a particular employee in such a way as to minimize potential conflicts, inspire motivation and commitment, and build a strong team.
