Description
The training focuses on developing practical skills for managing conflict situations while strengthening participants’ self-confidence. The program combines the theory of conflict psychology with intensive practical exercises, during which participants learn effective mediation techniques, assertive communication and building constructive team relationships. Classes are conducted in a workshop format, using real conflict scenarios and techniques for working with emotions under the guidance of an experienced business psychology trainer.
