Training description
The training develops interpersonal communication skills with particular emphasis on the use of assertive techniques in a professional environment. The workshop program enables participants to understand the mechanisms of effective communication and practically master the tools of assertive expression of their needs and boundaries. The classes combine theory with intensive practical exercises, allowing participants to immediately apply the acquired knowledge in real work situations.
