Training description
The training focuses on developing the ability to creatively use data in the process of developing business strategies. The program introduces participants to the world of advanced data analysis, teaching how to extract strategically relevant information from the plethora of available data. During the workshop, participants learn methods to break through cognitive and analytical barriers, allowing them to formulate out-of-the-box conclusions that go beyond obvious observations. The classes combine theory and practice, offering concrete tools for implementation in everyday work.
