Training description
The training develops advanced influencing and conflict management skills in a professional environment. The program combines social psychology theory with practical communication and negotiation techniques. Participants learn the mechanisms of conflict formation and methods of conflict resolution, while improving their skills of exerting positive influence on others. Classes are conducted in a workshop format using simulations, case analysis and practical exercises.
