Training description
Workshop training dedicated to building a safe and ethical work environment by effectively countering bullying and discrimination. The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical workshops where participants learn to identify, prevent and properly respond to undesirable situations in the workplace. Classes include case analysis, simulations and group exercises that develop practical skills in conflict management and fostering a positive organizational culture.
Participant profile
The training is aimed at all company employees, regardless of the level of position or department. Participants may include:
- individuals on the board of directors and managers responsible for shaping organizational policy,
- Leaders and managers of production, sales, project and operations teams,
- specialists and experts from different areas of the company, including HR, customer service, production, creative and technical departments,
- Members of anti-mobbing committees and those implementing anti-discrimination policies,
