Training description
Development of the ability to take an interdisciplinary view of the functioning of the organization and to optimally combine responsibility for the implementation of strategic goals and operational and tactical tasks. Improvement of the participants’ managerial workshop, supporting the accurate definition of problems, searching for appropriate solutions and carrying out necessary changes.

Agenda
Day I – Strategic thinking and goal setting. Vision, mission strategy, or where do we go from here?
Day II – Planning the vision for development. Starting point, i.e. analysis and assessment of the current state. Methods and strategies for building a coherent strategy.
Benefits
By learning about the stages of strategic management, participants will understand the principles at work in developing a strategic plan. They will be able to plan in a systematic way for the development of strategic planning competencies, and will learn to develop concepts, ready to be communicated within the organization, at different levels of management.

- Foundations of strategic management in an organization, including key definitions, concepts, and drivers for choosing the right strategy
- Methodology for setting and implementing strategic goals, along with the use of a goal matrix and planning and process control techniques
- The concept of Logical Levels in strategic change management, from environmental analysis to organizational identity building
- Strategic decision-making process, incorporating decision tree analysis and management under uncertainty
- Design and implementation of a vision for the development of the organization, including creation strategies, competency planning and definition of key values
- Practical aspects of strategy implementation, including preparation of action plans, alternative scenarios and structures to support implementation
- Communication and evaluation systems for strategic change, with a focus on building employee engagement and monitoring progress
- Methodology for building a coherent organizational strategy, combining elements of planning, implementation and control with the development of team competencies
