Training description
Each of us experiences moments in professional and private situations when we can’t effectively express ourselves, our needs, can’t gather our thoughts and thus transcend some of life’s obstacles. The strong communication workshop focuses on increasing the ability to express one’s thoughts for effective communication. By combining issues of interpersonal communication, assertiveness and coaching, it allows you to better understand the emerging limitations to your development and helps you overcome them.

Benefits
The training enables you to develop effective ways of expressing yourself and your own needs based on the communication techniques you have learned. Awareness of one’s own communication style is developed, along with practical methods for improving it. There is a significant strengthening of assertive communication skills by analyzing one’s own behavior and making improvements. Individual communication blockages are identified along with specific strategies for overcoming them. Skills are developed to correctly formulate life goals using the consequence tree technique. The ability to independently conduct a self-coaching process to increase one’s own personal and professional effectiveness is developed.
