Training description
The training focuses on the development of practical project team management skills through effective delegation of tasks and adaptation of leadership style. The program is implemented in the form of workshops, where participants learn about various aspects of teamwork, from group formation to project evaluation. Case studies and simulation exercises are used during the classes, allowing practical application of the knowledge gained. A key element of the training is learning to recognize and use different management styles depending on the situation and needs of the team.
