Bożena is an experienced HR practitioner, certified trainer, and graduate of AGH University of Krakow in HR Business Partner studies. Currently serving as Junior Key Account Manager, she leverages her extensive experience gained in both "soft" and "hard" areas of HR as well as strategic business support. She specialises in delivering development solutions that are not merely an "HR event" but a real tool supporting the organisation's KPIs. As an HR Business Partner, Bożena believes that effective training must be grounded in business realities and address specific problems such as turnover or lack of efficiency. In her work, she focuses on in-depth analysis of managers' and teams' needs, moving away from "catalogue" programmes in favour of consciously designed development that optimises costs and maximises return on investment.
