Training description
Practical training introducing Agile methodologies, based on real examples and case studies. During the workshop, participants will learn not only the theoretical basics of Agile, but above all the practical application of these methods in everyday teamwork. The training program focuses on developing the ability to adapt the agile approach to the specifics of the organization through interactive exercises and simulations of real project situations.
