Training description
An intensive workshop training covering the full range of knowledge and skills necessary for the work of a business analyst. The program guides participants through all key aspects of business analysis – from methodological foundations, to practical techniques for requirements gathering and analysis, to advanced methods for modeling processes and systems. The training uses a teaching methodology based on real business cases, where theory is immediately translated into practice. Each day of the training includes workshop elements, during which participants work on specific analytical problems, learning to apply the techniques learned in professional practice.
