Training description
Intensive workshop training (8 hours) focusing on the use of digital tools in problem solving methodologies such as 8D Report and A3 Problem Solving. The training program includes practical application of modern digital solutions to support the process of root cause analysis and corrective action management. The workshop is conducted on the basis of real cases, using dedicated platforms for quality management and data analysis, which allows participants to immediately translate the acquired knowledge into professional practice.
