Training description
The training is designed to provide participants with thorough preparation for the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) exam. The program covers all aspects of the Scrum methodology required for certification, with particular emphasis on the practical application of knowledge in the daily work of a Scrum Master. Classes are conducted in the form of interactive workshops, where theory is immediately verified through practical exercises and analysis of real cases.
