Training description
The training develops skills for a systematic approach to solving problems in a business environment. The program covers the full cycle of problem management – from problem identification, to root cause analysis, to implementing and monitoring effective solutions. During intensive hands-on workshops, participants learn and apply proven analytical tools, learning how to use them effectively in their daily work. The training’s methodology is based on practical exercises using real business situations, allowing the knowledge gained to be immediately translated into professional practice.
