Event organization

Organizing a corporate event is a process that requires careful planning and coordination of many elements. EITT will handle its preparation and implementation comprehensively:

Planning and strategy. We determine the purpose of the event, the budget, the target group of participants; we develop a creative meeting concept that will attract and engage participants.
Logistics. We choose the most convenient venue that will meet the requirements of the event. We organize the logistics of travel, transportation and accommodation of participants. We provide catering tailored to the length and nature of the event.
Agenda. We determine the detailed content of the meeting; create a detailed schedule with time for presentations, workshops, etc., select experienced trainers, animators, coordinators; prepare all necessary materials, from notes to multimedia presentations.
We provide all the technical aspects like proper audio-visual equipment; scenography and decoration of the event space; lighting and sound, which are key to the atmosphere of the event.
