Business simulations – is an interactive behavioral workshop designed based on the mechanics of traditional games (board, role-playing and card games). It is essentially learning from one’s own experience, analyzing the decision-making process and the opportunity to learn about the often non-obvious consequences of decisions.
Participants take on roles, working in a simulated world – a fictional reality created for the workshop. The world, although distant from everyday work, reflects specific business conditions. Therefore, the simulation participant, with the support of the trainer, easily transfers observations and conclusions to his own work, team or the entire company, while operating in an environment that is new to him, far from his daily routine.
Business simulations are an effective tool for testing new concepts and solutions. They work well both in the case of the need to carry out a change in the organization, for example, by implementing a new method of work, as well as in work at the level of individual teams, where they affect the level of team integration and allow to identify potential problems.
