Building Effective Collaboration Based on Lumina Spark Personality Types

This training is an intensive development workshop designed for leaders and their teams, aimed at establishing a new standard of collaborative work. Using the Lumina Spark model, participants jointly discover the dynamics taking place within their group, which enables immediate improvement of communication and mutual alignment of working styles. The program focuses on building authentic relationships and understanding the diverse traits of each team member, eliminating barriers and misunderstandings that block daily effectiveness. Through joint participation in the workshop, the leader and employees gain a coherent communication language and a practical 'user manual' for their team, which sustainably improves work comfort and allows the full potential of the whole group to be used.

Description

The foundation of high team performance is the understanding that every member brings a different value, and the key to success lies in skillfully combining these diverse potentials. Genuine synergy arises when a group stops fighting against differences in character and starts using them as a driving force for accomplishing shared tasks.

The Lumina Spark team training is an intensive workshop program delivered in a one- or two-day format, tailored to the needs and size of the group. It is a process in which the leader and the team sit down together to learn about their natural predispositions and identify potential “flashpoints” in their mutual communication. Sessions are conducted in an interactive manner, combining business psychology with practical exercises based on the individual personality profiles of participants.

Among the topics covered are, among others:

  • the psychology of individual differences and its impact on team results
  • four colors of energy – how to recognize and use them in daily work
  • building a safe space for honest and constructive communication
  • group dynamics in stressful situations and mechanisms for responding under pressure
  • jointly developing rules of collaboration tailored to the unique profile of the team

The training equips the entire group with a coherent communication language, which makes it possible to eliminate misunderstandings and start operating on the basis of the actual strengths of each team member.

Lumina Spark assessments — additional cost

The 2200 PLN/pp rate covers the 2-day workshop with a trainer. We add the cost of individual Lumina Spark personality assessments for each participant to the quote — so during the sessions we work on real portraits, not on general assumptions. The cost of the assessments is quoted individually depending on the size of the team.   • How to recognize colleagues' needs "in real time".
  • Alignment workshop: how to speak to a "Blue" and how to speak to a "Yellow" to be heard?
  • Attitude analysis - what naturally supports us and what blocks us in everyday contact.

03 Collaboration dynamics under pressure and in change

  • Understanding the Persona Under Pressure - how does stress change our behaviors?
  • How to support each other when deadlines are looming and tension rises.
  • Resolving conflicts based on knowledge of personality types.

04 Effectiveness strategy and team contract

  • The Team Map - visualization of potential and gaps in our group.
  • Individual bridges of understanding: creating a concrete plan for building relationships with another person on the team.
  • The Team Contract: jointly developing the rules of group collaboration and a plan for implementing them in the daily routine.
