2. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data is collected with your consent and processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). We process data for the following purposes:
- Performance of orders and contractual obligations, including training agreements (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- Handling inquiries, customer support and communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

We retain personal data for the period necessary to fulfil processing purposes:
- For the duration of the contract and 6 years after completion (for tax purposes and claims)
- Until consent withdrawal (for newsletter and marketing communications)
- Until successful objection (for direct marketing)
- Up to 6 months after completion of the recruitment process (candidate data)
