Choosing the Optimal Program

Choosing the best program depends on several key factors:

  • Company location — some programs are limited by territory. For example, a company headquartered in Krakow can take advantage of Malopolska Development Vouchers, which offer particularly attractive terms for technology and digital training.
  • Size of the organization — the programs have different support limits depending on the size of the company. For example, in Malopolska Development Vouchers, a company with 50-99 employees can receive as much as PLN 57,600 in funding, while in the Wielkopolska program the limit is PLN 40,000 for SMEs.
  • Planned scope of training — some programs offer higher funding for specific development areas. At the HR Academy, you can get up to 100% funding for competence development in the area of human resource management.

The Malopolska Development Vouchers Program is an innovative solution to support competence development in companies. With a budget of over PLN 61 million, the program offers flexible support tailored to the individual needs of companies.

A program dedicated to developing the competencies of executives and HR professionals, offering funding of up to 100% of the value of training. The HR Academy is a comprehensive development program financed with de minimis funds under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 Program. The training subsidy program implemented by the Wielkopolska Agency for Enterprise Development in Poznan offers significant support in developing the competence of employees of companies in the Poznan region.
