The training presents the practical application of the most important quality tools used in the automotive industry and manufacturing companies. Participants learn the principles of applying APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA and the Control Plan, as well as their connection with the requirements of IATF 16949 and Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).
