Effective Problem Solving – 8D and A3 methods
The training presents a practical approach to solving production problems using the 8D and A3 methods. Participants learn how to correctly define a problem, organize the work of a cross-functional team, identify root causes, and plan and implement effective corrective actions. The program combines the structured 8D approach with the PDCA cycle and the A3 report. The training is workshop-based and includes case analysis and the preparation of 8D and A3 reports.
Why choose this training?
The training presents a practical approach to solving production problems using the 8D and A3 methods. Participants learn how to correctly define a problem, organize the work of a cross-functional team, identify root causes, and plan and implement effective corrective actions.
The program combines the structured 8D approach with the PDCA cycle and the A3 report. Particular emphasis is placed on working with data, distinguishing symptoms from causes, assessing the effectiveness of actions, and preventing problem recurrence. The training is workshop-based and includes case analysis and the preparation of 8D and A3 reports.
What sets our approach apart?
At EITT we believe that the best learning happens through practice. During 2 days of intensive training, participants work on real production cases, independently developing complete 8D and A3 reports.
With over 2,500 trainings in our offer, EITT is a trusted partner in competency development for organizations of every size. Our trainers are practitioners with many years of experience in solving quality and production problems.
