Jakub Malarczyk

Learning & Development Consultant

Jakub is a Learning & Development Consultant at EITT. He supports business clients in selecting training in technology, cybersecurity, management and competency development — from identifying a team's needs through to agreeing the format and dates of delivery. In conversations with clients he focuses on making sure the training programme answers a specific organisational challenge rather than being a pick from a catalogue. He advises on the right difficulty level, the delivery format (online or on-site) and the next steps in a team's development path. At EITT he looks after training in the areas listed above — from the first enquiry through to delivery and project wrap-up.
