Undoubtedly, their main advantages are increased efficiency, better alignment with client business needs, and meeting their expectations. Also important is delivering real value to the client and adapting to constantly changing circumstances and evolving business environments.
Nevertheless, many myths have grown around the term “agile” itself, and organizations implementing these working methods have encountered serious problems, both at the structural and behavioral levels… that’s why EITT decided to launch a series of webinars on agile project management.

Author of the “Royal Garden” business simulation, which innovatively addresses agile project management and working in self-organizing teams. During workshops, he uses scientific methods to increase employee potential, effectively implement changes, increase team efficiency, and company competitiveness.
