On January 24, Versailles visited Wawel. For the first time in Krakow, we presented the Royal Garden business simulation.
What was the reception?
The participants’ work and feedback exceeded our expectations.
Participants very quickly came up with ideas that accelerated obtaining the necessary information to perform tasks and made the team’s work more effective.
After the simulation ended, we saw smiles on the faces of people who normally do different work than the role assigned in the simulation: IT worked in the business role, and business in the IT role. The result? An interesting experience, mutual understanding and respect for each role in the team, attention to communication, information exchange, the validity of asking questions and talking with the client.
