We invite you to the third EITT Webinar dedicated to agility: Business Simulation and Agile Transformation - using the example of the “Royal Garden” simulation

Business simulation is an effective tool for testing new concepts and solutions. It works well both when there is a need to implement change in an organization, for example by introducing a new work method, as well as when working at the level of individual teams, where it affects team integration and helps identify potential problems. Finally, it is useful as a tool supporting competence development and innovation, as well as the evolution of organizational culture.
