AI Academy is a multi-stage training program that systematically introduces artificial intelligence to organizations – from building awareness among all employees, through specialist paths for individual departments, to advanced implementations for IT teams and digital transformation.
The program addresses the most common challenges organizations face when implementing AI: lack of knowledge about AI capabilities and limitations, concerns about security and ethics, uneven levels of digital competencies, and lack of practical skills in using AI tools in daily work. Each stage of the program is designed to systematically eliminate these barriers.
AI Academy combines theoretical knowledge (AI law, ethics, security) with intensive practice (hands-on workshops with ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Midjourney). Participants work on real business scenarios from their departments, ensuring immediate application to daily work. The program is ideal for companies that want to strategically implement AI as a tool for increasing productivity and innovation.
Path 1: Goal
Stage I – Introduction to AI for all employees: security, law, ethics and practical AI applications in daily work.

The introductory stage builds a common AI knowledge base across the organization. Employees learn both the capabilities and limitations of AI, how to use AI tools safely, and understand the legal and ethical frameworks.
