Balance of interests - business simulation
An interactive business simulation based on the dilemma of the common pasture that allows participants to experience the challenges of balancing individual goals and the common good. The workshop is conducted in the form of a dynamic business game with elements of debrifting and behavior analysis. Participants make decisions under controlled conditions that reflect real organizational dilemmas. The methodology is based on practical experience supported by group reflection and analysis.
