Business simulation Fortress Poznań
A classic business simulation based on an epidemic scenario of an unknown disease, in which participants manage the defense of a city against aggressive Infected under extreme time pressure. The workshop is conducted in the form of an interactive simulation with elements of a strategy game, available both onsite and online. The pace of events forces you to make very difficult strategic decisions, developing skills of communication, planning and cooperation under pressure. Participants practically practice developing, applying and changing strategies for action in crisis situations.
