Join us for an exclusive showcase in Warsaw!
When the IT world meets the business world, and communication becomes the most valuable resource…
Join the unique business simulation showcase “Royal Garden” - EITT’s flagship development tool that has been successfully supporting organizations in building effective teams and developing key competencies for years.
Date: 9.04.2025 Duration: 10:00-14:00 Location: LOFTMILL, LIXA C, ul. KASPRZAKA 4, Warsaw Number of places: limited (max. 2 people from one organization)
What is “Royal Garden”?
This is not another boring training. It’s an interactive business simulation where participants - like royal advisors - manage the development of a garden full of challenges, conflicting interests and limited resources.
At first glance: an enjoyable, strategic game. In practice: an incredibly realistic experiential space for leaders, teams and organizations.
Participants naturally begin to collaborate with each other, communicate (even if they speak a “different language”), plan and adapt actions - all to achieve success together.
Who is this showcase for?
HR Directors and Managers
See how teams react to pressure, how they make decisions and how they (don’t) cope with communication. This is an opportunity to test a tool that develops future competencies: co-responsibility, empathy, leadership, agility and goal orientation.
IT Directors and Managers
How many times have you thought “why don’t they understand what IT does?” Here this collision is intentional - and safe. The simulation shows what real collaboration between departments looks like, allows you to see your place in a broader business context and gives you the opportunity to develop a common language with “business”.
Project Managers and Team Leaders
Planning, resource management, stakeholder communication, adaptation to change… Sounds familiar? In the Royal Garden, you’ll experience an intense simulation of project reality, with a touch of humor and plenty of valuable insights.
What will you gain?
-
Development of key managerial and team competencies
-
Practical experience in project and change management
-
Opportunity for integration and exchange of experiences with participants from different companies and industries
-
Inspiration for implementing simulation in your organization
-
Opportunity for networking with professionals from different environments
-
And equally important - great fun and a healthy dose of reflection
What do those who have already experienced “Royal Garden” say?
“A surprisingly realistic simulation - it reminds us of our everyday reality almost too much.” IT Director, financial sector company
“A combination of integration, learning and reflection. I wish more trainings looked like this.” Team Manager, pharmaceutical company
“Thanks to the Garden, I understood why IT needs specifics so much. And patience :)” HR Business Partner, telecommunications company
