On December 14, participants from Wroclaw were building the Royal Garden. The Sun King, who blew the red whistle, was Marcin Szybkowski, the creator of the simulation.
During the showcase, we observed enormous engagement and positive emotions.
At the summary, we heard many warm words and information about what participation in the simulation sample gave the participants: flow during teamwork, feedback, support, feeling that it’s worth using the simulation as a PM workshop, seeing Agile aspects, new experiences, awareness that much depends on oneself, how important it is to provide clear and understandable information about the vision of actions, etc.
