We set off across Poland with another edition of the Royal Garden simulation demos.
On September 17th, we visited Wroclaw.
After the demo, we gathered many interesting feedback!
Participants noted how important it is to understand the project vision, share knowledge, ask questions, and also how crucial communication and a functioning process are in projects. Working in and with teams was a significant element, along with knowledge about agile project management. The simulation activities made everyone aware that work summaries bring results and close many problems in later stages of project work.
We thank everyone for the warm words, pleasant atmosphere, and interesting discussions.
