We launched another edition of Royal Garden simulation demos across Poland.

On September 17, we visited Wrocław.

After the demo, we collected many interesting feedbacks!

Participants pointed out, among other things, how important it is to understand the project vision, share knowledge, ask questions, and also how much weight communication has in projects, or a working process. An important element was working in a team and with teams, knowledge about agile project management. Activities in the simulation made participants realize that work summaries bring results and close many problems at a later stage of project work.

Thank you all for the warm words, nice atmosphere, and interesting discussions.
