On December 14, participants from Wrocław built the Royal Garden. The Sun King, who blew the red whistle, was Marcin Szybkowski, the creator of the simulation.
During the demo, we observed tremendous engagement and positive emotions.
At the summary, we heard many warm words and information about what participation in the simulation sample gave participants: flow during teamwork, feedback, support, the feeling that the simulation is worth using as a workshop for PMs, seeing aspects of Agile, new experiences, awareness that many actions depend on oneself, how important it is to provide clear and understandable information about the vision of activities, etc.
