What exactly is “Royal Garden”?
It’s a business simulation where participants - as royal advisors - manage the development of a garden full of challenges, conflicting interests and limited resources.
At first glance: a strategic gardening game. In reality: an incredibly realistic representation of everyday organizational challenges.
Participants must collaborate with each other, communicate effectively (even when speaking “different languages”), plan actions and adapt to changing conditions - all to achieve success together. Or at least survive the season without uprisings in the garden!
