Unique EITT Business Simulation in Gdansk

DISCOVER HOW DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS COLLABORATE… AND WHAT COMES FROM IT

Date: 4.04.2025 Duration: 10:00-14:00 Location: Gdansk Science and Technology Park, ul. Trzy Lipy 3, Gdansk Number of places: limited (max. 2 people from one organization)

BUSINESS SIMULATION THAT CHANGES THE RULES OF THE GAME

If the business world were a garden, what would collaboration between departments look like? Who would decide what to plant? Who would take care of watering? Who would measure the results? And how would everyone cope when the weather suddenly changes, pests appear, or the king changes his mind about the project?

Royal Garden is an innovative EITT business simulation that allows you to experience all the challenges between teams and departments in an engaging, safe and… surprisingly fun form.

“This is not training. This is an experience that changes perspective.”

WHAT DOES THE SHOWCASE LOOK LIKE?

During the four-hour simulation, participants take on the roles of royal advisors, gardeners, architects and other characters involved in creating the perfect garden for the king. Everyone has their own goals, limitations and challenges - just like in a real organization.

Simulation flow:

  • Brief introduction and role assignment

  • First round of planning and action

  • Summary of what was accomplished, what problems arose and what we plan to do next

  • Subsequent rounds with new challenges and summary of actions and further planning

  • Final evaluation of results, retrospective

  • Discussion of experiences and transfer to business reality

Most importantly - all of this happens through action, not listening. Participants actively solve problems, communicate, negotiate and make decisions that have real consequences in the simulation.

WHY IS IT WORTH PARTICIPATING?

TESTIMONIALS FROM PREVIOUS SHOWCASE PARTICIPANTS

“This simulation perfectly shows how often we get lost in details, losing sight of the common goal. My team learned a lot - and in a way that really stays in memory.” HR Director, banking sector

“After many years working in IT, I finally found a way to show ‘business’ what we face every day - and to understand their perspective. Priceless experience.” CIO, manufacturing company

“I’ve been through dozens of project management trainings. None showed so accurately why well-planned projects still sometimes fail - and what to do about it.” Project Manager, marketing agency
