On June 26th, we hosted participants at the Raven13 business simulation demo. Many people from various organizations formed 4 teams on an underwater mining station.

Time could have passed pleasantly over good coffee, if not for the tragic situation. An underwater earthquake damaged the pillars of the massive complex and caused numerous cracks in the shell. Water began to rush into the rooms and air was running out.

How did the participants react?

They rose to the occasion and saved many people. The entire group turned out to be exceptionally effective, achieving a high score. Among thousands of groups, they placed in the top ten. Summarizing the day, we received kind words and interesting opinions about the simulation.

What did today’s participation give the participants? Practical knowledge that can be used at work, understanding of team potential, improved communication and cooperation in teams, increased awareness, realization of how important planning is, appreciation of each role in the team, confirmation of how strategy and communication positively affect results, learning to listen to each other, and great fun.

We thank all participants for their active involvement! See for yourselves how it looked:
