On June 26, we hosted participants at the Raven13 business simulation demo. Many people from different organizations formed 4 teams at an underwater extraction station.

Time could have passed pleasantly with good coffee, if not for the tragic situation. An underwater earthquake damaged the pillars of the mighty complex and caused numerous cracks in the shell. Water began to seep into the rooms and there was a lack of air.

How did participants react?

They rose to the occasion and saved many people. The entire group proved to be exceptionally effective, achieving a high score. Among thousands of groups, they placed in the top ten.

Summing up the day, we received kind words and interesting opinions about the simulation.

What did today’s participation give the participants?

Practical knowledge that can be used at work, learning about the team’s potential, improving communication and cooperation in teams, increased awareness, realizing how important planning is, appreciating each role in the team, confirmation of how strategy and communication positively affects the result, learning to listen to each other, and great fun.

Thank you for the active participation of all participants! See for yourselves how it looked:
