The purpose of this work is to examine the impact of business simulations and feedback workshops on the effectiveness of project management and communication in teams that use Agile methodology. The analysis focuses on the use of the “Royal Garden” simulation as a tool for developing management and communication skills, with emphasis on practical aspects of implementing Agile in real business conditions.

Methodology

The work is based on a review of literature on the effectiveness of training methods in Agile project management and a detailed case analysis of the “Royal Garden” simulation. Academic sources and reports from conducted workshops will be used to illustrate real applications of the discussed training methods.
